Publix never ceases to amaze me, we had a horrible experience at the deli and our local Publix tried to get it taken care of last night but were running late to get the kid. Went in first thing this morning spoke to the manager and was refunded for the sandwich I waited for for over 30 minutes but more importantly I felt like what I had to say really mattered... so kudos to Publix management!! #nobodyupsetsmymidwife
