Puff Pastry Dessert Ingredients: 72 unsalted crackers 2 pkgs. instant pudding (I made chocolate & 1 vanilla) 1 large container cool whip fruit In a 9 x 13 pan layer 1 layer of crackers 1 layer of pudding 1 layer of crackers 1 layer of cool whip 1 layer of crackers 1 layer of pudding 1 layer of crackers 1 layer of cool whip I put some pineapple chunks,cherries,chopped walnuts Then drizzled chocolate syrup over. Refrigerate Overnight. you can make lighter version,use light pudding,& light cool whip If you want you can use a can of pie filling instead of fruit. Enjoy!
