Puigs fault? Really??? Some of u haters really need to open ur eyes. Coming from a true Dodgers fan, lets look at the reality of the Dodgers losing this series. Kershaw, is a lot to blame. But mainly its Mattinglys fault for not having the balls to stand up to Kershaw, or any of the other big money players, for that matter. Kershaw was a huge reason that Mattingly was waivering about pitching Nolasco in game 4, and was the entire reason Ricky was hooked after one bad pitch. Ramirez should have never started after the injury. A healthy Punto, is way better than a Ramirez at 20%. Ethier should have probably been left off the NLCS roster. Once again, a 100% Shumaker is far better than an 65% Ethier. And Kershaw, obviously didnt have his stuff tonight, but was left in a win or go home game and allowed, by Mattingly, to dictate how long he was going to remain in the game. So lets put the blame where it should be. You Puig critics have been all over the kid since he was called up in mid June. Remember where we were on June 22? In dead last! Mattinglys job was saved by Puig, but I dont think he is the right man for the job. No guts to make the decisions that a big market manager needs to make. So, mark my words, Dusty Baker will and probably should be leading the boys in blue next season. With all that said, wouldnt trade Kershaw for any other pitcher out there, just need to check his leadership a bit. Thats my rant, and my Monday morning quarterback remarks!!!
