Pull-ups .12 reps , 4 sets . To me , pull-ups & chin-ups are integral in strengthening the upper body . Muscles of the arms , shoulders & back are all targeted at the same time & one needs just a chin-up bar to practice . Start with something easy like inclined pull-ups , then graduate to assisted pull-ups on a machine or using a resistance band on a bar . Sooo important for carrying groceries , babies , heavy handbags & backpacks . And the Army is pulling out the Pull-up from IPPT ? *shake head *
