Pulled Pork 3 to 4 lb Boston Butt pork shoulder 1 c. apple juice 1 med. Onion diced ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper Pinch of rosemary Slow cooker Using a skillet add 3 tbs. oil over medium heat and brown roast lightly. Add to slow cooker on high heat. In a food processor add apple juice and diced onions and salt, pepper and rosemary and blend up. Pour over roast and cook three hours then turn roast over and cook three more hours. Roast should fall apart. Remove roast to a serving platter and take two forks and pull apart pork removing excess fat. Serve over seeded hamburger buns with your favorite BBQ sauce. Enjoy. Note: you can cook roast in a Dutch oven with a lid in the oven 250 deg. For 6 hrs. with the above ingredients.
