Pulled out of school on a beautiful fall day from Turtle Creek, and had just carefully turned onto a little strip of highway that connects to Ardmore Blvd., and realized the cop car with his lights on behind me was pulling ME over! I had no idea what could be wrong...and had never been pulled over, let alone on a highway! I had no cell phone on, had gone through no red or yellow lights, etc. It turns out he randomly decided to run my license and VALID registration sticker, (while we were both driving...he was never even stopped behind me), and found they didnt match?! He asked if we had a second car and maybe put the wrong ones on our two Nissans? I didnt get a ticket, thank goodness...but what the heck?! Is there even a citation for putting the wrong sticker one on one of your two cars?! How many other municipalities take the time to run VALID registrations and license plates, just for the heck of it, and while going 40 on a highway?! Yoi. Glad to be home, back in the city, where they dont do such things...and start our holiday vacation!
