Pulled pork shepherds pie In slow cooker add chunks of left over pork roast, 1cup tomato sauce, 3/4 cup BBQ sauce, 2tbls Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup apple cider vinegar cook for 40 mins on high and turn to low and get 2 forks to shred pork chunks leave for 10 mins and add 1cup sliced cabbage, 1cup frozen mixed veg, 1/2cup corn kernels, 1/2cup peas, handful frozen beans and 1cup water cook on low for 2hrs in last 30 mins take lid off and make up a tradition gravy via instructions on tin but add 2tbls corn flour to gravy powder befor adding water, peel and cut potatoes for mash spud add mash potato to sc in big dollops and spread out once all used use back of spoon to dab at potato to creat potato spikeys add grated cheese and cook with lid a tea towel on for 1hr for a crisper cheese add to oven 190C for 30mins... Serve with bread roll or crusty piece of bread :)
