Pulling another recipe off the blog for supper tonight: Roasted Radish Salad with Maple-Dijon Vinaigrette. Between all of the crappy takeout / reheat-and-eat meals we had while I was finishing the book, and the crisp, cool weather lately... it really feels good to be back in the kitchen! Were making an effort to eat cleaner - more veggies, less (or no) processed crap. Not only healthier, it just tastes so much better!
