Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon (ts) vanilla 1 cup pumpkin puree 3 cups flour 2 ts baking soda 1/2 ts salt 1 ts ground cinnamon 1/2 ts ground ginger 1/4 ts ground nutmeg 1/4 ts ground cloves Preheat oven to 350 degrees spray w cookie sheet with non-stick spray In mixer beat butter till smooth Add white and brown sugar slowly until fluffy Add eggs one at a time Add vanilla and pumpkin In large bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves Slowly add flour mix to batter once mixed together add chocolate chips Place large tablespoon sized cookies on cookie sheet Bake 15-20 mins then let rest for 2 mins Makes about 60 cookies ♡Tricia ♡
