Purely for fun - if anyone curious what other type of training gets done for pro mma- here is an example of my maintenance conditioning session with that sick evil genius Scott at the Yard: Strength Circuit : Chins 5reps (bodyweight) Bb strict overhead press (60kg) REST 60seconds *** repeat this for 10 sets Conditioning circuit: Kettlebell swings 15 reps (48kg) Heavy rope waves 30 secs Rest 30 seconds *** repeat this for 10 sets PUKE....
