Purpose: -to teach a person how to write,read and undersand that transforms him or her to a literate person Achivement of education university in VN: -Students have good quality was received scholarship and was sent for training abroad. -to cultivate human minds with values and principles that help to distinguish between wrong and right Shortcoming of education university in Vietnam: -Many students are not career direction correctly so they choose majors depend on social trend,they don’t know what their strength. -shortage of libraries,labs for student.Most university in VN learning equipment are poor and don’t adapt the learning needs. -Normally,a class only 12 to 40 students but class in VN containing 100 to 200 students.In this space the interaction become less and teacher can’t handle all the number of students. -Education program is too old in many university.For example,the world is using win 8 while teaching XP ,world using Office 2013 while teaching Office 2003. -Students must learn some subjects are not required for their major and not served their later work. -Students learn more theory but little pratice. -Almost,VN students learning in the form of credits.In the learning process they don’t study until final examination,they photocopy material to start study.As a result many students are fail and have to relearn.
