Purse Dipper Gang recorded on Surveillance Cam There are at least four member in this gang. The Line jumper (in white) forces his/her way up to the head of the line to cause a distraction -- in the process this same individual brushes past the victim to unzip the bag open.The Line jumper also has a long scarf /veil in hand to cover the victims bag as the zipper is being opened. Same individual which is intentionally chosen to be the biggest one causes a commotion to attract attention and distraction and to forma visual screen against the counter personnel. Pay attention to the three witches with the long scarves/veils (there are three of them) surround the victim and spread their scarves /veils to form a visual screen. The spread them the same way bats spread their wings. Note how at the instant the deed has been done how the cohorts move away from the scene and put away their veils. --- Like bats flying off after sucking their victim dry. This happened at a fast food counter. If you listen closely the name of the Fast food store is mentioned.
