Purveyor of fine oddities and curious gadgets Skymall filed for bankruptcy, prompting many to post fond memories of the in-flight catalog. Independent blogger and media personality Steven Leser says, “Now this is sad. During long trips as a kid, there was literally nothing to do other than read this catalog and laugh at some of the items.” Others poked fun at the iconic and silly products featured in the publication. Associate producer for Fox News Sean Languille who writes, “Guess I will not be buying a Big Foot Garden Yeti anytime soon or that toilet roll iPod docking station.
