Push the people in the corner and they will respond. America is a powder keg waiting to explode. Hundreds of years of injustice within its borders while trying to police the world and demand equality in other nations. Hypocrite! King said in his speech, Why I am Opposed to the War in Vietnam, I call on the young men of America who must make a choice today to take a stand on this issue. Tomorrow may be too late. The book may close. And dont let anybody make you think that God chose America as his divine, messianic force to be a sort of policeman of the whole world. God has a way of standing before the nations with judgment, and it seems that I can hear God saying to America, Youre too arrogant! And if you dont change your ways, I will rise up and break the backbone of your power, and Ill place it in the hands of a nation that doesnt even know my name. Be still and know that Im God. If King were alive today, I believe he would make the same speech as he opposed police brutality and racism. America refuses to realize that racism cost, and we have paid the far too high of a price for its evil value. I look for times to get worse before they get better. The Revolution may not be televised but it will be recorded and shared via internet and cell phones!
