Put a call in to Tom Vilsack, Secretary of the USDA to find out what the intentions are of importing the industrial hemp seed from Ukraine. Is the US planning to delve them out to States with legislation for research under the farm bill? Is the US going to be the seed bank for the farmers and use this as a way to monopolize the seeds? Is the intention to genetically modify them? I will let you know what I find out.
