Put another quilt on the frame this morning. Quilted until 1:00pm and then got showers and went to Virginia to visit a friend. Went home by way of Roxboro in hopes to eat dinner at the Homestead Steak House.. they were closed. bummer. Decided to come back to Oxford and eat at Georges. Halfway home hubby says, Isnt there something in the crock pot? OH NO!!! I forgot to turn it off or at least to low when we left. I was cringing all the way home thinking that the beef brisket would be burned to smithereens. Forget Georges... get home to check out the kitchen... We opened the front door and stepped in to the best smelling house!! The brisket was done to perfection so we had beef brisket on buns with chips for dinner. Could not have had anything any better! Now lets go upstairs and put another hurting on that quilt on the frame. :) Night night facebook.
