Put this on your calendar!!! “CONNECT FOR SUCCESS” What: A special night of equipping parents for student success. When: Tuesday, March 18th 6:00p.m.—8:00p.m. This will be our second annual event of this type and we are excited about the opportunity to mobilize parents to more actively engage in the academic success of their children. We will be providing food, childcare, prizes and a wealth of information provided in four breakout sessions. Our facilitators are highly qualified in their area of expertise and are passionate about the success of your children. Sessions will include: o Maximize learning, Minimize Stress presented by Mrs. Susan Eaves, Mrs. Aimee Randol, Mrs. Lynn Anderson o Healthy Living presented by Mrs. Meredith McGirr o Navigating the path of Social Media presented by Mr.Russ Wilkey, Computer Teacher o Mapping for Success....Middle School and Beyond presented by Mrs. Fran Marx, Director of Guidance Childcare will be provided for PK3 through 6th grade. Pizza will be provided for students and Walking Tacos for parent participants Prizes include “civvies passes” for students of participating parents and there will be Gift Card Drawings from local restaurants.
