Put your hands in the air and give Carrie Wood Fluette a virtual HIGH FIVE for her HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!!!!!!!! She not only has completely transformed her lifestyle by eating clean foods she ROCKED our 10 week T-25 Challenge! She was completely committed to CHANGE! She posted daily in our private Facebook group and BELIEVED that she could succeed! Look at her AMAZING TRANSFORMATION! This transformation is a result of Carrie deciding that she wanted change and committing to whatever it took to create change! It wasnt always easy but she weathered the storm and has committed to another 4 weeks of T-25 Gamma! During our 10 week challenge Carrie pushed play daily had a clean diet and added Shakeology to her daily nutrition. She lost a total of 11 lbs. in 10 weeks and 10.5 inches in 5 weeks (she didnt have her measurements from the beginning so her first 5 weeks were not incorporated).
