Put your questions to golfing stars Adam Scott and Rory McIlroy and well ask the best at their press conference. Live coverage starts from 2.00pm AESTWhat: 2014 Australian Open Golf Who: Rory McIlroy, Adam Scott, Jordan Spieth When: November 27-30. Where: The Australian Golf Club I Can Watch It On: Channel Seven What happened last time? Rory McIlroy birdied the last hole to beat Adam Scott by one shot and claim the Stonehaven Cup at Royal Sydney Golf Club. The last time the Australian Open was held at The Australian GC, veteran Australian Craig Parry won by a single shot over Nick OHern, Brandt Snedeker and Won Joon Lee. Things You Need To Know McIlroy and Scott are the main attractions but there are some other handy players in the field. World number 14 Jordan Spieth has also made the trip Down Under with fellow overseas raiders Boo Weekley, Kyle Stanley, Brendan de Jonge and Daniel Chopra. Former champions Geoff Ogilvy and John Senden are the other local hopes alongside Matt Jones and Steven Bowditch. Reason To WatchMcIlroy and Scott battled until the final hole last year and will both be in the mix on Sunday afternoon this time around. Throw in Jordan Spieth and a few crafty local veterans and it promises to be a decent tournament. Reason To Turn Away If youre an Adam Scott fan and he has a one-shot lead on the 18th tee over Rory McIlroy. Thats was the scenario last year and the Queenslander bogeyed the last as McIlroy birdied to steal the Stonehaven Cup and deny Scott of the coveted Triple Crown. Say What Ive still got a thorn in my side about the Australian Open last year, so next week it will be fun to have another crack at that. Ill hopefully be in great form next week and have to deal with Rory and Jordan Spieth and all the other guys, - Adam Scott. Final Word All eyes will be on the big two of McIlroy and Scott but American young gun Jordan Spieth and the rest of the field will be looking to crash the party. The course - which has been redesigned by Jack Nicklaus since the tournament was last hosted there in 2007 - wont lay down either, especially if the wind gets up. McIlroy deserves to enter as favourite but we wont be at all surprised if a wily veteran like Ogilvy or Senden jumps out of the pack to claim the Stonehaven Cup.
