Putin has absolutely NO respect or regard for Obama or Kerry and he is not in the least intimidated by a community organizer and a Jane Fonda prodigy. Kerrys wimpy little warning is going to have no effect on Putin. He (Putin) consider the administration a joke (as he has made clear in a number of writings and articles) and he is going to take full advantage of the administrations weakness until we get a true leader (from any party) in the White House.
