Putin says; U.S is trying to buy loyalty from Ukraine with a Loan of 1billion$. Note, its a loan. U.S cannot offer the Ukrainian people and the new leaders military help. This is where no threat of military super power hold strength, except for Putin. Putin sees himself as a son of the Soviet Union. Obama sees himself as the world Police. Europe will only tal but wont support sanctions. So the U.S and Europe wont unite on how to deal with Russia. So who is pulling the cards. This wont be a war, it would be sitting ducks playing stupidity if they think they will be supported by Europe of which hey want to be part of.
