Putting feelers out here to see if theres any interest in my MFT mare. She is 14 years old, 14.2 hands and sturdy build. No soundness issues. She is an incredible trail horse and super smooth foxtrot. She does have a couple of quirks: Her main issue is saddling - she is cinchy and will panic if tied while being saddled. If shes not tied she stands pretty well for saddle tightening. She has definitely gotten alot better about it since Ive owned her. I purchased her in March of 2013 from a friend of mine. The only other issue Ive had is she can be tricky to load. She loads perfect in my friends slant load aluminum trailer but does not care for my straight load. I have compromised by turning it into a box stall when I haul her and she does fine. She is UTD on shots, coggins and hoof trimming. She came to me with papers which I will include but Im not positive they are the correct ones as the horse described in the papers has two rear socks and she only has a white blaze. Her price reflects this. She was bred when my friend purchased her and was a great Mom. I am asking $800 but will consider taking less to the perfect situation. Will need to be someone experienced and understanding of her issues. Once shes saddled you can do anything with her. She is a fantastic riding horse. Shes low in the pecking order. Gets along great with my geldings. I am located in Brooksville, Florida. The only reason Im consider selling her is I would like to downsize and I have not used her as much as I thought I would.
