Pvrpv is always looking for ways to improve customer service for our owners. Over the last 10 years we have had such things as missing towels, laundry not ready on time for client arrivals, missing sheets, sheets coming back different colors, stains not removed, other people sheets being return to us. Therefore, starting January 1st 2015 we will now take over the laundry service and have it available in our office. And yes we have bought a commercial washing machine in order to be able to clean comforters. The difference with our service will be new washers and dryers that will be maintain regularly and drive by service.
