Pâté This easy to make chicken liver pâté is delicious and made without any frying involved. Recipe. Ingredients: 1 lb organic chicken liver 3 eggs scallions 2 tb spoons coconut oil s/ p and spices 1.Soak liver in salty water for 30 minutes, rinse. 2.Put liver into a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat, cook for 20 min with spices ( parsley, garlic, paprika) When liver is cooked, remove it from the water and let it cool. Next, Into a food processor combine liver, eggs and coconut oil , medium speed. When ready, add previously cut up scallion and gently mix. Garnish with shredded egg and serve with crackers. ENJOY!
