Q - Correct po ba to say that every word in the Bible is the authoritative word of God? A - God speaks in the Bible. But many persons also speak in the Scriptures with many of them saying things that could /should not be considered authoritative. For instance, Jobs wife told him to curse God. Sarai told God she didnt laugh when actually she did. (A lie.) Rhab lied to the kings men. Etc. Even Satan speaks in some parts of the Bible. For example when he decieved Eve into eating the forbiden fruit, when he tempted Jesus, etc. Maraming voices sa Bible like the so many characters who said sometimes correct and sometimes wrong things. Many of those voices are not of God. The challenge is to identify.know which ideas are of God, whether spoken by him or by inspired persons or whether spoken by Satan himself of by people who become his spokespersons.
