If you find yourself consistently craving sugar follow these 4 steps to help you break the habit: 1. Eat enough low-sugar whole-foods daily like quinoa, wild fish and vegetables with good fats like avocado and coconut. 2. Hydrate, often sugar cravings arise because of dehydration. Drink a glass of water first if you get a craving. 3. When you want something sweet, eat some fruit. You will get some of the sugar you crave but also extra vitamins and fiber. 4.
