QC Supervisor (3 months to Perm) Tuas Avenue 7 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday) S$ 2800 – S$ 3200/month Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate daily inspection jobs and gage room activities • Supervise the daily operation in QC by planning of work and manpower arrangement for optimization of efficiency • Assist in arranging production quality inspection jobs in accordance to production schedule including in-coming, in-process and final inspections • Liaise with production, customer or 3rd party inspectors for inspection arrangements with necessary documentations • Prepare quality inspection plan as requested by customers • Supervise the QC inspectors and assist in the resolution of quality problems, including rework, quality alert and non-conformance • Attend to customer’s complaints or returned goods with disposition • Liaise with internal department, ie. Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Production on all inspection related activities • Monitor and coordinate product non-conformance with Engineering, Manufacturing or Production to ensure prompt disposition for closure • Review of Sub-con reports and material mill certs • Review and consolidate all daily inspection reports including sub-con inspection report and material mill certs for system filing Requirements: • Minimum NTC certificate or equivalent in Manufacturing or Engineering • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a machining quality control environment • Magnetic Particle Level II certified preferred • Possess good technical solving and communication skills Interested candidate please send your resume to kimberly.khoo@capitagrp or call 6603 3376 for more info.
