QHSE Coordinator Treasury Wine Estates - Penfolds Winery Nuriootpa Full Time An outstanding opportunity exists at Treasury Wine Estates to play a key part in our Quality and HSE team based out our famous Penfolds Winery at Nuriootpa. Protect our employees, our products and our environment by providing leadership and support to the Penfolds Winery team ensuring continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems, programs and performance. This position provides guidance and support to frontline leaders and departmental managers implementing TWEs QHSE programs. Key responsibilities include: · Ensure that QHSE Management systems and practices are developed, maintained and continually improved according to company and legislative requirements and any relevant government standards · Collaborate with site management teams and stakeholders to develop systems, site improvements and plans to deliver on TWEs annual QHSE KPIs · Ensure the site Quality manuals and procedures are aligned with business requirements, (particularly FSQM, ISO, HACCP),are in place, understood, up to date, meet license requirements and are actively managed at site · Coach and support the development of QHSE skills for site leads, supervisors and employees · Manage a small team With tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in QHSE, risk management or other continuous improvement management systems, you will come from a strong quality or OHS background.
