QISD SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MONDAY The Quinlan Independent School District School Board will meet Monday at 7 p.m.in the boardroom of the Joe Martin Administration Building, 401 E. Richmond, Quinlan. Items on the agenda include budget report; investment report; certify tax roll; ordinance to adopt a tax rate for the 2014-15 school year including tax rate for maintenance and operation and debt service; Quinlan ISD Accountability Ratings Report; Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) members; security audit report; annual bilingual-ESL-special programs evaluation report; Bilingual-ESL program manual; and School lunch prices for 2014-2015; local policies for transportation management, student transportation; district appraisal calendar and district appraisers for the 2014-15 school year; 2014-2015 student code of conduct; renewal of membership in the special education retainer program with Walsh, Anderson, Gallegos, Green and Trevino, PC; contract for assessment and collection services; resolution regarding hazardous traffic conditions; superintendents report regarding school board self-evaluation, park update and teacher resignations; and an executive session to discuss personnel matters.
