Review requirement specification documents and software design specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of testing requirements. Prepare, execute and monitor test plans. Create test cases for functional, integration and performance testing as per requirement specifications. Review and consolidate test specifications. Prepare functional test reports. Perform automated stress testing and collecting the benchmarking metrics. Be able to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously. Skills Required Strong analytical skills to review functional specifications, prototypes and product requirement documents to create test strategies. Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans for business applications with test, automation tools, scripts Experience with product iteration, bug retests and recreating field issues. Thorough understanding of Software Engineering Cycle. Knowledge of QA standards and processes. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
