QUESTION--my hubby is a disabled Vietnam Vet--he is rated at 100% for cancer (lung), 100% for ischemic heart, 40% hearing and 20% pstd--i was wondering--his surgery for his lung cancer was in 2011--they removed middle lobe of right lung--so far--the cancer has not returned--do you know if they can eventually take away his 100% disability if after a few more years there is no reoccurence of the cancer? we have a friend who is also a Vietnam vet--he had prostate cancer--he is also clear and they are telling him that they will take away his 100% rating as well as the monthly payment
