QUESTION : Anyone know bout flying with SOUTHWEST ?? They dont assign seats . EARLY BIRD check ins are 12.50 each way .. Means you will get A to board amongst the first group . NEXT - boarding goes according to WHAT TIME YOU CHECK IN . The earlier you CHECK IN . The better chance you can board sooner . BUT .. You CAN NOT check in sooner than 24 hours .. PROBLEM : last time I CHECKED IN ONLINE exact ally 24 hours and I was still far behind .. Guess everyone else had an EARLY BIRD ?? The request to check in and print your Boarding Pass is more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure or less than 1 hour prior to departure flight time. Please try again during the allotted time frame or proceed to the airport to check in for your flight.
