QUESTION FROM A COTC FRIEND: I suffer mild panic attacks and anxiety and am ok most of the time but there are moments when I feel I need to take something that is going to give me a moment to breathe and relax but have me still being able to focus e.g. doing presentations at work. I only need it 1-2 times a month so dont feel the need to be medicated or go to a Dr. I have tried some homeopath drops but havent had much luck … I was thinking of trying rescue remedy drops or the lozenges… has anyone tried them? Or does anyone have any other advice? A shot of whisky would help but I dont think that is always appropriate ;-)
