QUESTION: What is it that you do? You know, with "THE MUSIC" thing? I get this question all the time and never know how to answer it ...until now. ANSWER: #1 - Above all I am an #AudioEngineer. An audio engineer is concerned with the recording, manipulation, mixing and reproduction of sound. I produce sound for film, radio, television, and above all...*music. *In other words I create, arrange, record and mix all of the instrumentals, sound effects and vocals to create complete songs up to the point right before #MASTERING. No I do not #MASTER the songs or albums. Professional #MasteringEngineers do that. #2 - I am a #MusicProducer (Not a RECORD PRODUCER or an EXECUTIVE PRODUCER) A music producer oversees the creation of the music. After I create, arrange, record and mix it (Audio Engineering) I put the entire song/album together for the musician(s) (Hip-Hop, R&B, POP, Soul) #3 - I am an #Artist/#Musician (#RAPPER) - In addition to #1 and #2, I also RAP. I am at this very moment working on my own RAP ALBUM to be #Independently released before the end of 2014. On the Album I am THE MUSIC PRODUCER, THE AUDIO ENGINEER and THE ARTIST.
