QUICK NEATNESS ASSESSMENT TEST. Over the past couple of years, I have made an observation and drawn my conclusion therefrom. I have observed that you can tell how neat or dirty an individual is by merely looking at the interior of his or her car! Not the kind of car he or she drives. Not the outward neatness of the individual or the strong fragrance of expensive perfume that oozes out of the persons body. No, not any of those. I make bold to say that a fellow with a dirty car interior will most likely have a dirty bedroom, a dirty living room, a dirty toilet, a general care-free attitude in relation to domestic cleanliness...
