QUICK TIP ON ROTATION and using (or NOT using the shoulders effectively!)---> TENNIS PLAYERS, HOCKEY PLAYERS, GOLFERS...(or ALL rotational athletes for that matter...) Take a look at how the right shoulder in this case is being overused and decreasing the effectiveness of the rotation... you can see the right scapula being strained as the rotation to the right occurs. The RIGHT cues to align the shoulder better forced him to stabilize the shoulder thus providing MORE EFFECTIVE thoracic rotation...better obliques, better strength, better function, MUCH less shoulder and elbow tendinitis!!! **HINT** It pays to know HOW to train!! Just sayin...!
