QUICK UPDATE- car was found at Miller Park (Sacramento Marina). Police came out, basically just updated the report, told us they werent approved forCSI on the vehicle, and that we could do what we wanted. its still in my moms name. Vehicle has been relocated to my residence and searched. no sign of foul play. Car was located by a friend who also saw him on a bike trail on the other side of the marina about 2 weeks ago. THE RED DOT IS APPROX LOCATION OF CAR. GREEN DOT is head of the american river bike trail. we have confirmation from Marina security that vehicle has been there since Monday
