They are the brand ambassador and concierge to our state of the art facilities. They are responsible for making sure our existing members are satisfied as well as ensuring that prospective members understand why Equinox is the best choice for maximizing their lives. Our Membership Advisors are responsible for growing club revenue and profitability while maximizing customer satisfaction. Our advisors are knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about fitness and possess unlimited potential for personal, professional and financial growth. Qualifications • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection • A high degree of self-motivation and drive to exceed monthly sales goals • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team • The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment • The ability to build relationships with local businesses, real estate brokers and local organizations to directly increase new membership opportunities. • Experience with planning and executing successful offsite or onsite events • Experience bringing in partners to increase marketing awareness of planned events Responsibilities • Responsible for selling club memberships while achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewal goals, and ancillary service goals. • Participate in all the clubs services, programs, and products. • Prospect new business and clients • Host events and workshops Our Membership Advisors earn a base salary, uncapped incentive plan, complimentary membership, comprehensive benefits package, 401k and more To Be Considered: If you are interested in applying: • Please submit your resume to Kate.Shillinglaw@equinox as an attachment (in Word or PDF format) • Include a brief statement addressing: why you are a fit for fitness sales.
