QUOTE: The coincidence is amazing, in that ST chose to run this article on the very last day that the applications close. Knowing that ST does everything with a political angle, the timing has to have a reason. I could think on the following: - usual trick that govt allocates funds, but never really distributes them. - that these again are for cronies to apply, and only publish on the last day, so public cannot apply but grassroots members and friends are in the know. Don’t you think the coincidence is too much??
