At Adelaide airport one member was determined to get me on plane ( there was mix up with approval for wheelchair to go on plane and I had approval email on smart phone and another silly staff member wanted printed copy and they were going to put me on later plane) . At Melbourne chair would not start up and 3 staff worked for 30 minutes resolving issue. Chair must have been jolted as an electrical socket lose. One staff member used butter to lubricate part that needed to move to get access to cables. Go Qantas
