No excuse will be entertained or have to penalize for the same. ************************************************************************** For Urgent Hiring - Store Accountant Send your CV to: recruitment.manpower04@gmail Note: Only short-listed applicants will be contacted Job Category: Accounting & Finance Job Location: Doha, Qatar Job Description & Duties: -Responsible for the warehouse of spare parts including diesel storage; -Controls the quality to the extent of ensuring that received items comply with the specifications requested by the receptive department and according to the purchase orders; -Ensures that all items are labeled and stored in accordance with their storage conditions taking into considerations turnover of items, size, weight and related factors of items stored; -Ensures that all items received and issued are being processed according to the Company’s policies and procedures; -Coordinates with the Accounting Unit Head to direct and ensure that an accurate physical inventory count for the warehouse is conducted on a semi-annual basis; -Reviews all spare parts requisition forms and ensures that items requested are indeed not available in the warehouse to avoid over stocking of spare parts; -Reviews all Purchase Orders for correct quantities, specifications and prices and communicates findings to the Procurement Officer; -Coordinates with the Procurement Officer to arrange the return of items rejected; -Capable to organize the warehouse in an optimal way; -Monitors the diesel consumption and prepares reconciliation statement for the beginning and ending balances; -Encode the related data into the ERP system and generates various reports to reconcile the data with the technical department; -Monitors the incoming and outgoing raw materials and cross check all the entries with the logistic department; Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance or equivalent professional qualification.
