Qigong (chee-kung) can be described as a grouping of ancient movement techniques that moves the energy in and around your body. These techniques are known as postures. The postures that I teach during class are easy to follow and easy on the body, but that does not decrease their effectiveness. We also couple intentional breath and loving intentions with the result being bringing peace and calm to the mind and relaxation and energy to the body. What is not to love about that?
