JOB-795478 Description Pastry/Patisserie Chef required - must be fully qualified in this field, with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. Must have an artistic flair and be passionate about customer satisfaction. Making all desserts for our French Bistro from scratch using the finest ingredients. Applicant will also be responsible for stock control and pricing in the Pastry Area. It is essential that applicant are able to train Junior Chefs and Kitchen Staff with your expertise. This position involves shift work - working early mornings and evenings including week-ends. This is a very responsible position, joining a very professional kitchen team. Skills Requirements You must be a qualified Chef possessing the City and Guilds or Equivilant Certification. Applicant must have previously worked in a high quality Dessert Section in a Hotel or Restaurant. You must speak fluent English and be Computer literate Salary: €30,000pa - €33,000pa Number of Positions 2 Contract Type Permanent Days, Hours & Start Date Days per week: 5 Hours per day: 7-8 Hours per week: 39 Start Date: Immediate Experience Required: Fully Experienced Min.
