Provides internal communication regarding compliance issues in accordance with all required standards, including ISO 900, HS & E, customer requirement etc. Resolve compliance issues; provide recommendation, communication on status of corrective action resolution and bringing to QA manager/management issues that require attention Plan audits, execute and prepare audit reports Maintains current and accurate records of all Quality Assurance issues Conducting quality audits Supervise all regulations on safety To perform other duties assigned as necessary within the realm of the QA department KEY SKILL Well groomed, confident and highly motivated Pleasant personality Professional appearance and maturity to blend with the corporate image Organised and be prepared to work without supervision Organizational commitment Team leader Attention to detail Adaptable Relationship builder KEY QUALIFICATION Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management or Higher National Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management Certificate in Quality Management Systems (ZWS ISO 9001:2008) Internal Audit/Lead Auditor 3years work experience would be an added advantage Computer skills Planning & Organizing skills Working knowledge of Statutory instruments TO APPLY PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW
