Quality Automotive Warehouse is currently hiring a full-time Dispatcher. This employee will need to be able to dispatch drivers, pull parts, check in stock orders, process returns and deliver parts for our Tech Parts Express location in Brooklyn Park. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in an environment where multi-tasking is necessary. Skills and experience needed include: proficiency using a personal computer, a valid drivers license, ability to read part numbers and understand basic instructions, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Previous experience as a local delivery driver or dispatcher is a plus. The physical requirements for this position include the ability to stand for extended periods of time, lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds throughout the day, and working in a warehouse environment. Pre-employment screening will include a drug screen, background checks (criminal and drivers record) and human performance evaluation to assess ability to perform physical requirements.
