Quality Control Chemist Job Location: United Arab Emirates Job Description: • Calibration of quality control instruments. • Documentation as per ISO and cGMP requirement. • Timely analysis of in process samples, raw materials and finished goods • Analysis of R & D products • Analysis of samples • Sampling of raw materials, in process material and finished goods using safety equipments • Performance testing of chemicals • Planning of day to day work & Distribution of work. • Preparation and recording of reagents, volumetric solutions, buffer solutions etc and standardization of volumetric solutions. • Maintenance of all QC records. • Preparation of SOP. • Review of all QC records on daily basis • Handling of working standards, reference standards, primary standards etc. • Co-ordination with out-side testing labs for Testing & Calibration of analytical weights, thermometers, QC instrument / equipment Functional Area: Quality Control Functional Role: QA/QC Executive Company Sharing Bachelor Accommodation, 30 days leave, Ticket to India once in a two years. Candidate Requirement • Preferred only male candidates • Candidates holding Passport are given preference • All Plant vacancies interview will be held at Pawne Plant Candidate Should have practical experience on: • Gas Chromatography-GC 14B & GC- 2010, GC-2014 (Shimadzu). • High Performance Liquid Chromatography-LC-10AT-VP (Shimadzu). • U.V. Spectrophotometer - 1700, 1601 (Shimadzu) & (Chemito 2600) • AAS • Melting Point apparatus - (Veego) • Polari Meter -1020 ( Jasco ) • Karl Fischer Autotitrator ( Veego matic -MD ) • pH Meter. • Auto Titrator (AT38B Spectra Lab).
