For more information, visit the companys website at ge Posted Position Title: Quality Leader – MEAT (Middle East, Africa, Turkey) Career Level: Experienced Function: Quality Function Segment: Lean Six Sigma Location: United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces: City: Postal Code: Relocation Assistance: No Role Summary/Purpose: Essential Responsibilities: 1. Be on site and lead inspection of escalating issues. Coordinate the on the field corrective actions with quality teams and product (marketing) managers. Follow up flawless implementation of corrective action plans. 2. Responsible for deep domain expertise and execution in warranty product / customer complaint process. Screen the reported claim and confirm whether it’s a real quality issue versus trouble shooting and product support 3. Be the quality customer interface, and manage the (Post Sales Services) PSS process for warranty cases. Support escalated issues with finance and legal if required. Capable to validate customer NCR ‘s . Own the closure of the incident. 4. Drive / support simplification and process improvement across the process areas within the PSS process 5. Monitor progress of root cause analysis executed by quality teams and technology. Document preventive action when the information is missing . Monitor evolution CAR’s if needed 6. Coordinate customer actions and feedback via 8D reports if appropriated 7. Convey and participate in periodical meetings with product - and regional teams to assure the correct direction is given. Coordinate corrective actions if needed, and lead them towards execution and customer execution 8. Have full accountability for OP plan of warranty response time P50/P95 total cycle. Follow complaints processing and assure timely closure 9. Drive continuous improvement efforts, enhancing quality of root cause analysis, executing the RCA and NCA process within a target timeline and ensure all outcome actions are recorded and closed 10. Work with the senior leaders to determine the processes to be improved using the Lean Six Sigma skill set; translate the vision into goals, objectives and strategies resulting in cross-functional cultural change to be faster and smarter to achieve customer satisfaction 11. Coach and train direct and indirect reports on activities within areas of responsibility Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree (desired Characteristics Master’s Degree), minimum of 5 years of related industry experience 2. Application knowledge in industrial markets ( ACB & MCCB mainly , as well as knowledge of firmware products) 3. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork, networking skills, collaboration & conflict resolution skills. Fluent communication with CRC & plants in Europe, NA and Asia 4. Strong problem solving skills, and experienced to serve customer issues on site . Able to respond/react with appropriate urgency and professionalism . Ability to make decisions under pressure 5. Ability to multi task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics: 1. Based in Dubai, and local position MEAT .
