Quality Management Representative (QMR) (Very Attractive Salary) Brief Job Description: >Ensure production inspectors aware on quality plan and monitoring quality KPI. >Inform Production Team on product specification change on time. >Maintain QC equipment in good condition. >Initiate improvement proactively to maintain quality KPIs in target. >Coordinate the new product development activities with R&D and factory cross functions. >Lead Insect Infestation Control Improvement activity on factory. >Monitor and analyze weekly QC trends to determine of improvement needs. >Handle Customer/ consumer complaint, find the root cause and initiate corrective and preventive action to mitigate the problem. >Maintain QC equipment in good condition and to be kept calibrated according to locally established plan on suppler recommended minimum frequency so that the analysis results will be accurate and reliable. >Control minimum stock of spare and consumable parts for QC equipment. >Manage monthly collaborative study with R&D QA Lab to ensure factory mother QC equipment reading and take action when factory mother equipment reading down or up trend observed. Job Requirement: Degree in any related field Minimum 3 years experience working in Quality Control in Manufacturing environment and good interpersonal skills in terms of liaison with R&D and material suppliers. Able to speak and write in good English. Must be a computer literate - MS Office (Power Point, Excel,Words and etc.) Good interpersonal skill and analytical in analyzing data. Able to plan and organize independently.
