Quality education was the single most important factor in achieving a prosperous life, in a country , where majority of people live in villages because it opens windows of opportunity in life. In past 10 years , lot of technical institutes emerged both in govt and private sector. But majority of degree holder end up with low-paid jobs in the informal sector.Young people pursue education towards white-collar jobs, but a large portion of real job creation is in the informal sector. There is crucial need exists for updating academic syllabi in keeping with the demands of industry and job realities. Society and Government needs to treat teachers better if they expect them to give their 100 per cent.Skills and education should go together for better employability and vibrant society.
