Quantico National Cemetery Hosts “America Rising” Film Series and the Rolling Thunder® Inc. Flame of Freedom Ride WHEN: Saturday, May 24th at 5:00 p.m. WHERE: The Quantico National Cemetery in Section 22 (Address: 18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172) WHAT: Iceman Production’s Roger Piggott and Celebrity NASCAR driver Geoff Bodine will be shooting segments for their new television series in Prince William & Manassas, VA. The television show is called America Rising and it will consists of 13 episodes featuring Geoff Bodine and The Rolling Thunder® Inc. Flame of Freedom Ride as they make their way across the country to the Rolling Thunder Memorial Day celebration in Washington, D.C. The event held at Quantico National Cemetery will feature Chairman of the Board of County Supervisors, Corey Stewart and include a flag-laying ceremony with the Missing In America Project. The Missing In America Project is a national, non-profit which works to locate, identify and inter the unclaimed remains of American veterans through the joint efforts of private, state and federal organizations. At the ceremony, the Missing in America Project will provide all attendees with American flags to lay on the headstones of those forgotten heroes who have been laid to rest in Section 22 at the Quantico National Cemetery.
